Duties and Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the Day-to-Day Operations – learning/performing all restaurant roles/responsibilities to manage day-to-day operations
· Training – training, coaching, and evaluating new and current staff
· Inventory Management – including prep work, ordering, and maintaining inventory levels
· Scheduling – determining staff schedules that meet restaurant requirements for service and are cost-effective
· Customer Service – ensuring staff are communicating with customers with a high level of service, and resolving customer issues/complaints
· Health and Safety – ensuring all staff is following health and safety protocols
