Main Duties:
- Sell fare tickets and package tours, travel products and travel insurance
- Provide customers with travel information and other details such as regulations, duty free allowances, health risks and requirements, attractions and special events
- Calculate costs, process refunds and attend to other financial transactions
- Attend to cancellations and schedule changes
- Develop contact lists
- Make transportation and accommodation reservations using computerized reservation and ticketing system
- Provide travel information to clients regarding destinations, transportation and accommodation options and travel costs, and recommend suitable products
- Investigate new travel areas, hotels and other amenities
- Manage difficult situations with customers
- Perform general office duties and advise for marketing materials content as per trend
Job Requirements:
- Travel Office, Fast paced and busy environment, Repetitive tasks, Large workload
- Client Focus Organized, Reliable, and Problem Solver
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Proficient in Emails, MS Office, MS Word.
- Ability to Multi-task and accurately
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience: Experience an asset
Language: English
