Position: Sushi Cook
Wage: $18.50 to $19.50/hour
Working Hours: 30 to 40 hours/week
Benefits: 4% of vacation pay

Job Duties
-Prepare and cook sushi and other dishes (salads, rice bowls and sushi rolls)
-Clean and prepare ingredients for sushi making
-Maintain inventory and records of food and supplies
-Manage kitchen operation by ensuring food quality is met
-Clean and oversee sanitation in the work area
-Supervise and train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of Japanese dishes
Job Requirement
Completion of high school
2 years of work experience in a related field
Experience in sushi making and knowledge of Japanese cuisine
Ability to communicate in English
