College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
or equivalent experience

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years

Able to work: Early Morning, Evening, Morning, Night, Overtime, Shift, Weekend
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Establish methods to meet work schedules
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
Ensure food service and quality control
Address customers’ complaints or concerns
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Prepare and submit reports
Establish work schedules
Supervision of 5-6 people (food service counter attendants and food preparers)
Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines
Standing for extended periods
Personal suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, team player
Safe Food Handling certificate
Bondable
Valid driver’s licence/Own transportation
