● Obtain necessary documents to transport goods and Plan different trips.
● Load and unload cargo.
● Plan their route according to a delivery schedule.
● Fill up on fuel, clean the truck, and wash windows.
● Follow all applicable traffic laws.
● Confirm that the material is safe according to the safety requirements.
● Operate and drive different kinds of trucks to transport goods and materials over long distances.
● Follow safety procedures for transporting hazardous goods.
● Check the vehicle properly, and alsothe loading & unloading of goods.
● Daily update the logbooks manually or electronically.
● Make sure the truck is equipped with safety equipment, such as hazardous materials.
● Report serious mechanical problems to the appropriate personnel.

Wages and working conditions:
Hours of work: 40 hours per week
Wage: $30.75 per hour
Overtime: $46.13 per hour after 44 hours per week
Frequency of pay: Bi-weekly
3. Type of Employment: Full-time, Permanent (2years)
Paid sick leave is required by the law, but is subject to reporting to the medical officer about the sickness
5. Transportation: Public transportation is available
6. Medical Coverage: Provided as required by the law
7. Other Benefits: As per the law
8. Deductions: Income tax deductions will be taken. Contributions will be made by the employer to CPP and EI as required by the law
